Bergen County Man Had Child Sex Abuse Materials, Prosecutor Says
A Bergen County man was charged Thursday with third-degree possession of child pornography after a search of his home, prosecutors said.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A 28-year-old man was arrested Thursday on a child pornography charge, prosecutors said Thursday.
Michael Sapuppo, 28, of Hackensack, was charged with third-degree possession of child pornography, said the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office.
Prosecutors said that on Thursday, March 21, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at Sapuppo's home during the course of an internet child sexual abuse material investigation.

The investigation determined that he "used the internet to view, download and possess items depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children."
He was arrested in Paramus and taken to the Bergen County Jail, pending a court appearance.
