Bergen Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Juvenile After Party: Prosecutor
Donald G. Mckaba, 52, allegedly sexually assaulted a juvenile inside his home after a New Year's Eve party, authorities said.

A Bergen County man allegedly sexually assaulted a juvenile girl at his home after a New Year’s Eve party, said Bergen County Prosecutor’s John L. Molinelli.
Donald G. Mckaba, 52, of Upper Saddle River, was charged with sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminal sexual contact, said Molinelli.
A juvenile female reported to the Upper Saddle River Police Department that she was sexually abused by a man inside his home after the party, Molinelli said, and the prosecutor’s office Special Victims Unit and the Upper Saddle River Police Department jointly investigated the matter.

Based on interviews and the investigation, Mckaba, who is married, was arrested and charged Friday, officials said. Superior Court Judge Walter F. Skrob set bail at $150,000 with no 10 percent option, Molinelli said.
Mckaba was remanded to the Bergen County Jail in lieu of bail, officials said; upon release on bail, he is to have no contact with the alleged victim and must surrender his passport.
