A woman allegedly bashed another woman in the head with a metal pipe at a N.J. mall during a fight over a parking space, authorities said.

A woman faces aggravated assault charges after she bashed another woman in the head with a 15-inch metal pipe at a N.J. mall during a fight over a parking space, authorities said.

Kenia Nicholas-King, 48, of Teaneck was arrested after attacking an 18-year-old Paterson woman during the dispute at the Westfield Garden State Plaza mall in Paramus Saturday, according to NBC10.

Authorities say the victim was waiting for a spot in the parking garage underneath the mall when Nicholas-King cut her off and took the spot, according to the report.

The pair started arguing, and the suspect then allegedly grabbed a pipe and bashed the woman in the head, according to the report.

The victim fell, and the pair allegedly began to fight on the ground. The Paterson woman punched Nicholas-King in the face, and the 48-year-old got back in her car and drove off, according to NBC4.

Nicholas-King was stopped by an officer before she left and was placed under arrest.
