Memorial Day Parades & Latour's New Fixed Price Menu

A fellow blogger friend of mine, Lisa, of mom a la mode, (I recently reviewed the  Curious George Exhibit and shared Lisa’s review), was telling me about Latour in Ridgewood, and this amazing prix fixe menu ($39.95 for four-courses) they offer during most weeknights. She and her husband have been going there for years, and it seems like a wonderful date-night spot–especially since it’s BYO (gotta love that about Ridgewood!).  There are a few outdoor tables in the summer months, and the restaurant is a short walk from the Ridgewood train station, making for a perfect after-work meet-up. After chit-chatting with Lisa, I’m already salivating over the menu: Fallen French Cheese Soufflé, Pan-Seared Florida Grouper, Profiteroles with Chocolate Sauce – yum, yum and yum.  What a deal if you go for the Taste of Latour Prix Fixe Menu – it’s four-courses for $39.95.
