The 7 Deadly Sins of Style Sin #6: Buy Quality, Not Quantity
Since 1974, Sal Lauretta for Men has been creating custom-fitted men's clothing in the classic European tradition.

A great clothing investment is purchasing a single suit of quality over multiple suits of lesser value. A bad-looking suit isn’t a good investment. It doesn’t matter how much of a lesser cost it is if it doesn’t make you look sharp. That’s where custom tailoring comes in. No one should pay money to look bad even if on a budget.
This day in age not many careers require a different business-formal suit every day. Owning five to ten dress shirts should suffice as long as laundry is done regularly. If on a strict budget, purchasing a low quality wool suit isn’t a huge sin as long as you get it adjusted to fit your body right. Find a tailor who falls toward the upper end of the scale and your suit will pass for high end. Tailors can come from all different countries where perception of a perfect male fit can differ. Analyze the store and see what kind of result the tailor produces. Speak to them and make sure they are fitting your suit to your own shape and preference. There’s nothing worse than dressing for your body type inappropriately (sin #5).
