N.J. Man Sexually Assaults Girl After New Year's Eve Party: Prosecutor

A New Jersey man has been accused of sexually assaulting an underage girl after a New Year's Eve party.

A New Jersey man has been accused of sexually assaulting an underage girl after a New Year’s Eve party.

The girl told police that 52-year-old Donald G. McKaba sexually assaulted her at his home, according to a release from Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli.

The arrest came as a result of an investigation by members of the prosecutor’s Special Victims Unit.

On Jan. 1, the juvenile reported to the Upper Saddle River Police Department that she was sexually assaulted by the man after a New Year’s Eve Party.

Police then arrested McKaba and charged him with sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal sexual contact.

McKaba is under a $150,000 bond at Bergen County Jail.
