Dog Bites Glen Rock Town Employee Who's Helping WIth Recycling: Police

A Glen Rock town employee was bitten by a dog last week, police said.

GLEN ROCK, NJ — A Glen Rock town employee was bitten by a dog last week when he tried to help a resident with their recycling, police said.

The Glen Rock police said that on April 29, around 12:34 p.m., a worker at the Glen Rock Recycling Center tried to help a resident remove yard waste from their vehicle.

That's when the resident's dog bit the worker's hand, police said.

The matter was referred to Animal Control and the Health Department, police said.
