PSE&G Project To Delay Traffic On East And West Glen Avenues In Ridgewood

Detours will be put in place while work is done, officials said.

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. — Motorists should expect some delays around West and East Glen avenues this month while PSE&G completes work on its gas line project.

Workers will be on West Glen Avenue until Friday. A detour will be in place until work begins on East Glen Avenue either Friday or Monday, officials said.

Work on East Glen Avenue will be done from Fairfield Road and Maple Avenue and take about two weeks to complete.

Access to the firehouse and recycling yard may be limited or cut off for one day while work is done in front of those locations, officials said.

After work is done on East Glen Avenue, PSE&G will return to West Glen Avenue and work until they reach Monroe Street. Another detour will be put in place while work is done.
