Public Hearing On Ridgewood Schedler Property Grant To Be Held
Officials are applying for an open space grant to help pay to remediate the property.
A special public hearing on the village’s grant application for the Schedler Park property will be held next month.
The village has applied for a grant to work on the Schedler Park property on West Saddle River Road. The first phase of the work, which the grant would help finance, includes installing water, electric, and sewer utilities underground, demolishing a two-car garage, capping a well, and removing dead trees.
The meeting will be held during the Oct. 14 Village Council meeting at Ridgewood Village Hall at 8 p.m.
