Ridgewood, Glen Rock Students Will Present Research Projects At Rutgers Friday

Brianna Patek and Christopher Theuerkau are among the 80 students taking part in an annual research symposium.

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. — Two local students are among just 80 in New Jersey who will present results of their research at the 2016 Research Symposium of the New Jersey Governor's School of Engineering & Technology at Rutgers University.

Brianna Patek of Ridgewood, and Christopher Theuerkau, of Glen Rock, will be at the university's Busch campus in Piscataway, along with five others from Bergen County.

Patek's team will present about health-monitoring wearables from 11:20 to 11:40 a.m. in the Easton Hub Auditorium.

Theuerkauf's team will be in the Computing Research & Education Building Auditorium from 1:20 to 1:40 p.m.

Visitors may park in Lots 51, 59, 60B, and 67 without permits.
