Ridgewood Man Charged With Marijuana Possession

A Ridgewood man was charged with marijuana possession Saturday, police said.

Police responded to South Irving Street on a report of “two suspicious males,” police said.

While checking the area, Patrolman Stephen Shortway found one adult man and one juvenile in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, police said.

Michael Blanco, 20, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

The juvenile was released to his parents’ custody pending a juvenile complaint, authorities reported.
