Ridgewood Veterans Honored For Their Service
Veterans from American Legion Post 53 honor one another and those who died in service to the United States.
Members of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 53 were honored for their service to the United States at a ceremony Wednesday.
The ceremony was held at Memorial Park.
Ridgewood Police Chief John Ward issued the following statement Wednesday regarding the veterans.

“On behalf of the Ridgewood Police Department I would to take this opportunity to thank our veterans for their selfless service and sacrifice in protection of our country.
“I would also like to thank the families of our veterans for their support and continued sacrifice.
