'Suspicious' Man With Van Was At Glen Rock Synagogue: Police
An 'unknown Middle Eastern man' driving a blue man came to the center looking to speak with the rabbi, said Lt. Joseph Riggio.
GLEN ROCK, NJ —A "suspicious" incident prompted police to respond to the Glen Rock Jewish Center Friday morning.
A representative of the center told police that shortly before 11 a.m. an "unknown Middle Eastern" man driving a blue van came to the center looking to speak with Rabbi Jennifer Schlosberg, said Lt. Joseph Riggio.
The man said he wanted to learn to speak Hebrew. He was told to call and make an appointment with Schlosberg and then he left, Riggio said.

The representative said the incident was "suspicious" and the information was given to detectives.
