SWAT Team Captures Bergen Man In 4-Hour Standoff: Cops
A SWAT team captured a man who threatened a woman in New Jersey and held her against her will in a 4-hour standoff, reports said.

HACKENSACK – A SWAT team captured a man Saturday who threatened a woman in New Jersey and held her against her will in a four-hour standoff, according to reports.
The 28-year-old victim was hospitalized after she escaped, Lt. Ben Marino told Daily Voice. Arnel Reyes, 28, was also hospitalized in police custody after the incident.
Reyes was busted after the tactical unit burst into the Quail Heights Apartments unit on Prospect Street and pepper-sprayed him shortly before 4 a.m., according to Daily Voice. Police first learned of the situation around 11:30 p.m. on Friday and eventually found Reyes barricaded in the apartment.

Police arrived at the scene a few minutes later and the man barricaded himself with knife, according to nj.com.
Reyes was arrested and charged of aggravated assault, criminal restraint, terroristic threats and weapons charges, according to nj.com.
