Exit ramp to East Saddle River Road and East Glen Avenue is closed, police said.
An overturned tractor-trailer delayed traffic on both sides of Route 17 in Ridgewood Tuesday, police said.
The Route 17 North exit ramp to East Saddle River Road and East Glen Avenue will be closed due to cleanup from the accident, police said.
There are rubbernecking delays on Route 17 South also.
