Senior Living and Wellness Event at Scotch Plains Public Library
Stop by the Scotch Plains Library this Friday, May 2 from 10:30-12:30 to participate in an event highlighting senior health and wellness.

The Senior Living and Wellness Morning will take place at the Scotch Plains Public Library this Friday, May 2nd at 10:30am-12:30pm. You can also get your blood pressure checked by the Union County public health nurse.
Join us to enjoy coffee, tea, and community while learning about services, benefits, tools, and more that are available to local residents to promote wellness, resilience, and longevity.
Our featured speakers will be: Luis Ramirez, Outreach Specialist for the Union County Division on Aging, Tina Khadivi, Founder of PhysioPilates Works, and Brenda Council, Outreach and Communications Manager for Visiting Angels Scotch Plains.

Speakers will share their expertise and insights on resources for seniors aging at home and those leading active lifestyles. You'll learn about home safety tips, fall prevention strategies, nutrition assistance, comfort services and opportunities for recreation and social connection.
