• Mosquito Spraying Friday Evening (ucnj.org) — Union County will spray for mosquitoes this Friday evening, including along Frank Street, Allwood Road, and Morse Avenue in Scotch Plains, between 6 and 11 p.m., weather permitting. Residents near these streets should be aware of the timing, keep kids and pets indoors during spraying if concerned, and can call the county mosquito control office with any questions.
