Your Aging Brain: What you can do to keep it healthy.
Thursday, September 25, 2025
Join us at the Scotch Plains Public Library on Thursday, September 25, 2025 for an informative talk by presenter Hilary Raferty of the Clinical Research Center of New Jersey, who will explain how the brain changes with age and, more importantly, what we can do to support it. She'll discuss how to tell the difference between normal age-related memory lapses (like forgetting a name occasionally) and more significant cognitive changes—a common concern. A brief overview of the available opportunities for those who are experiencing differences in their cognition will be highlighted, including Free Memory Screening and Research opportunities. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions following the talk.
The Clinical Research Center of New Jersey aims to provide diagnostic, treatment, and supportive resources to people affected by Alzheimer’s disease and other cognitive disorders through clinical research opportunities.
