A rich
afternoon of music, community celebration, and philanthropic spirit that
benefits the UJA Annual Campaign, which supports Federation’s mandate of
helping all Jews in need locally, in Israel, and around the world. Distinguished community leaders Gail and Max L. Kleinman,
executive vice president/CEO of Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ, will
be honored. The program features the NJSO under the baton of
Jacques Lacombe, and dancers from the Joffrey Ballet Concert Group. Selections
will include Rimsky-Korsakov’s “Dance of the Tumblers,” Brahms’ Hungarian Dance
No. 6, Leonard Bernstein’s Fancy Free,
and Tchaikovsky’s Serenade for Strings.
