CHALKBOARD ART CLASS in the Parcel Workshop at Parcel!

Make your lettering a little more lovely!

Our in-house graphic
designer, Beth Heinzen, will teach you how to script and design
ephemeral works of chalkboard art! Beth has a passion for letters that
will inspire both beginners and seasoned designers. You'll learn

techniques of lettering and embellishment, as well as basic terms of

type and graphic design. You'll receive a special packet of information

prepared by Beth, with examples of lettering and resources for further

learning. She will give personal assistance to ensure that you leave

class with a new skill set-- ready to impress friends, family, and

coworkers... or just give some flair to a boring to-do list! You will be

provided with an elegant, lightweight 14x14 chalkboard to hone your

skills and take home for later masterpieces.

Class will feature Turkish pastries & coffee from Simit House in Montclair, NJ.

Fee: $40; includes all materials, snacks, and chalkboard*
