Rabbi Amy Joy Small, Rabbi and Director of Deborah’s Palm Center for Jewish Learning and Experiences, traveled to Pakistan with the US-Pakistan Interreligious Consortium, a project of Intersections International, in March 2014. She was one of two rabbis in an eight-person delegation meeting with a broad group of Pakistani academic and religious leaders who are seeking to break down barriers of misunderstanding and rebuild trust between the peoples of Pakistan and America, and promoting peace.
