Sheetrock Stolen From South Orange Police: Cops
Carl Pennella took a large piece of sheetrock from the rear of the South Orange Police Department, authorities said.
SOUTH ORANGE, NJ - A 22-year-old man from Ridge, NH, was arrested and charged with stealing a large piece of sheetrock from the rear of the South Orange Police Department.
According to authorities, Carl Pennella walked into the rear of the Police Department from the parking lot at 185 South Orange Ave., stole the sheetrock and placed it into a pickup truck which was parked behind 185 South Orange Ave.
The witness to this theft was an off-duty South Orange Police Officer who notified the SOPD dispatch and ultimately resulted in an arrest, police said.

Pennella was charged with theft, issued a summons and a court date.
