On Friday, May 22, South Orange will be reopening the municipal tennis courts. The courts at Meadowlands Park and Farrell Field will be open to the public with restrictions in place, including mandatory social distancing between players and no doubles play. The Cameron tennis courts will remain closed.
The courts will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week on a first come first serve basis. Guidelines will be posted and must be adhered too. We hope residents continue to remain vigilant by wearing face coverings when social distancing can’t be maintained and follow all the guidelines to ensure the safety of themselves and the other players.
