Investigation Continues Into Bomb Threat At Springfield Schools
The Springfield Police and School District are no releasing any information at this time as the active investigation continues.

SPRINGFIELD, NJ — Springfield Police are still investigating the bomb threat that targeted all of the township's schools in the district on Monday.
"There is still an active investigation regarding this and therefore I will not comment on it at this time," Springfield Police Chief John P. Cook told Patch.
Superintendent of Schools Michael Davino is also directing all inquires into the threat to the police.

A voicemail threatening a bomb targeting each one of the schools in the Springfield Public School District was received in the early morning on Dec. 12.
The message was left on a secretary’s voice mail at approximately 4 a.m. Monday morning.

All students were evacuated while Springfield Police with bomb sniffing dogs checked both inside and outside of all buildings.
