SUMMIT, NJ - Ramen fanatics no longer have to leave Summit and travel to Jersey City or Montclair for their fix as Ani Ramen house has opened their doors in the heart of Summit, 427 Springfield Ave.

“We’re are excited and thankful that our ramen concept has been so well received. We are pleased to become a part of the Summit community, and are in good company, located near Summit House and The Committed Pig," Founder & Partner Luck Sarabhayvanija said. "We are also planning to rollout several other New Jersey locations, including Maplewood in May 2019, so be on the lookout for an Ani Ramen coming to a downtown near you.”

The Summit location, the third in the Montclair Hospitality Group's ramen concept, is a 2,000 square ft, 85 seat restaurant. This Ani Ramen location will feature asmall outpost of Luigi’s Ice Cream, opening later this month, and will offer guests an internal dessert option. Like the Montclair and the Jersey City locations, Summit Ani Ramen will serve craft ramen featuring their signature noodles, created by Sun Noodle. Ani Summit will also offer their izakaya small plates, most notably, shrimp buns, handmade crispy gyoza, and glazed chicken wings. Lunch and dinner will be served daily and the restaurant is BYOB.
