City Hall, the Summit Free Public Library, and the Summit School District schools are all closed on Monday.
All programming at the Summit Community Center is also canceled.
The Community Center will serve as a warming and charging station from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Recycling and trash will not be picked up on Monday.
Parking is not allowed on any City street during a snow event until roads are plowed curb-to-curb. Vehicles left can be ticketed or towed.
Overnight parkers are to move their cars to the covered lots in the Broad Street Garage or Tier Garage.
Drivers can leave their cars overnight on Monday, the City said, but must remove them by 8 a.m. on Tuesday to make room for commuter and employee permit parkers.
Do not call 9-1-1 or police for power outages, unplowed streets, or downed trees if there is no immediate danger. Storm questions should also not be called in to these lines to keep them clear for emergencies, the City said.
