The Benjamin Franklin Middle School PTO will be hosting its first Fund Raiser, EARN N BURN, for the 2011 – 2012 School Year today. Students must get pledges from family and friends in order to raise money for the school and participate. Like Dance, Dance Revolution, Earn N Burn is an interactive dance game where dozens of students will simultaneously perform their best dance moves on dance mats while watching their results on a huge video screen.
Students who participate have a chance of winning additional prizes. All proceeds will benefit programs and activities for the middle school.
The event starts at 11 a.m. for 5th and 6th graders and 11:50 a.m. for 7th and 8th graders. Those who cannot attend the fundraiser can still make a contribution through the website below.
