Friends of Hackensack River Greenway Meeting Nov. 8
.Julia Somers, Ex. Director, NJ Highlands Coalition, will speak on "The Highlands of New Jersey." Also included is an 2018 officer slate.
The Annual Membership Meeting is free and open to the public.
The Business Meeting of the Friends will be convened at 7:00 p.m.
The slate of officers for Friends of the Hackensack River Greenway Through Teaneck 2018 will be presented and voted upon. Standing for office are:

At 7:30 p.m. , Julia Somers, Executive Director, New Jersey Highlands Coalition, will talk about “The Highlands of New Jersey.”Julia leads New Jersey Highlands Coalition’s campaign to protect, restore, and enhance the water and other natural resources of the New Jersey Highlands for all in New Jersey. She accepted the Non-Profit Innovation Award on behalf of the New Jersey Highlands Coalition at the 8th Annual Sustainable Raritan Conference and Awards Ceremony in June 2017. Q & A is planned as part of the presentation.
