Horror Flicks & The Supernational In the Movies--What's Jewish about that? A One Book, One Community Event for Teens and their Parents

On Sunday, December 7, The Bergen County High School of Jewish Studies will be offering to parents and teens in the greater NNJ community a special morning session as part of the Federation’s “One Book, One Community” program: Horror Flicks & The Supernational In the Movies--What’s Jewish about that? Special speaker, Eric Goldman, Ph.D., will show movie clips and show the connection between the supernatural and Judaism. This special event is open to parents & teens in the greater NNJ community at no cost to participants. It will be held between 11:45am-12:45pm at the BCHSJS Sunday campus at the Ma’ayanot School, 1650 Palisade Ave., Teaneck. Sponsored by BCHSJS and the Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey, and Co-Sponsored by: Temple Beth Or, Temple Israel & JCC, Temple Emanuel of the Pascack Valley, the Glen Rock Jewish Center, Temple Emeth, the JCC of Paramus/CBI, and the JCC of Fort Lee/Congregation Gesher Shalom.
