Kids’ Safety Awareness Program (“KSAP”) is a New Jersey 501(c)3 non-profit corporation led by parents and instructors whose mission is that of teaching children the importance of safety, education and community service. Our Kids’ Safety Awareness Program teaches children and parents how to avoid dangerous situations by exercising natural awareness and are instructed from a parent’s perspective. Our children are a product of us and it is our responsibility to make sure they receive the best lessons possible in keeping themselves safe.
We believe in community service and teaching children how to lead by positive examples, introducing them to community leaders, government officials, and more! Another way we teach children about community service is by showing them how to help other organizations that are looking for support. Our way of introducing community service to children gives them great knowledge on how to exercise respect, dedication, loyalty and self-esteem. It is also these traits that we believe will keep our children in school, keep them from joining gangs while at the same time preventing substance abuse. Furthermore, these skills help shape our children to be productive members of society when they grow up
