Stand with Standing Rock Sioux! Stand with Ramapough Lunaape Nation! September 25, Mahwah

#Wateris Life

Join us as we answer the call to action from Sacred Stone Camp and Red Warrior Camp as they protect water and life from a dangerous Bakken Crude pipeline. We are joining over 60 indigenous nations and thousands of people across the continent who are showing up in this historic movement moment for indigenous rights, clean water and climate justice!

Join The RAMAPOUGH MUNSEE LUNAAPE NATION and NY-NJ Coalition Against Pilgrim Pipeline - CAPP as we take action in solidarity with the historic, indigenous-led movement to stop the Dakota Access Pipeline! We will gather at the Ramapough Lunaape Sacred Lands on the banks of The Ramapo River for a #WaterIsLife Ceremony, which will include speakers, music and prayer. We will connect the #NoDAPL movement with our struggle against oil and gas pipelines here in NY and NJ.

This solidarity event is co-sponsored by: Ramapough Lunaape Nation, Coalition Against the Pilgrim Pipeline, Food & Water Watch NJ, 350NJ, The Sierra Club of New Jersey, The Coalition to Ban Unsafe Oil Trains, Hackensack Riverkeeper, Peoples Organization for Progress, WaterSpirit, Beyond Extreme Energy, the Green Party, Bronx Climate Justice North and many others. This writing is from the sponsoring coalition.
