This is going to be everything you’d imagine it to be, get your sexy on, WERK your core, tone and strengthen your legs, and those calves though....all in your HEELS. There will be a no-shoe and on-chair work-out segment during this 75 minutes of woman-empowering strengthening, tonal movement and HOT sexy moves and of course lots of fun! SASHAY ON THE RUNWAY!
