Teaneck Community Charter School participates in NFL Play 60

For the first time ever, Teaneck Community Charter School participated in the “NFL Play 60 Challenge,” a program that focuses on children being more active. Students in grades 5 through 8 were challenged to do 60 minutes of activity a day, for four weeks and log the activity into a workbook. Students who completed the challenge and returned their completed workbook were entered into a raffle for the Monday night football game on December 8th at MetLife Stadium between the Miami Dolphins and the New York Jets. There were two student winners (one boy and one girl) and they both attended the game on December 1st with their parents and physical education teacher.
