Central Jersey Orchestra Sets May 6 Concert

Will feature double concerto by Brahms.

The Central Jersey Symphony will present its Winter Concert, titled “Seeing Double” at the Theater at Raritan Valley Community College at 3 p.m. May 6.

On the program for the afternoon concert will be the "Pelleas et Melisande Suite" by Gabriel Faure, "Ancient Airs and Dances" by Ottorino Respighi, and the Brahms’ double concerto featuring CJSO violinist Evelyn Estava and cellist Jameson Platte as soloists.

Tickets for the performance are $20, $15 for seniors and $10 for students, and are available through the Theater’s box office in advance by contacting them at 908-275-3420, or at the door on the date of the concert.           

The Central Jersey Symphony is funded in part by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts/Department of State, a partner agency of the National Endowment for the Arts, through funds administered by the Somerset County Cultural and Heritage Commission’s Local Arts Program, and by private donations from listeners like you.
