Internationally-Acclaimed Pianist to Perform Broadway Music at the Warrenbrook Senior Center

Internationally-acclaimed pianist Nina Deutch will bring music and personalities of great Broadway composers to life when she performs “Classic Broadway with a Twist” at the Warrenbrook Senior Center.  She will play musical favorites, including “Tonight,” “Maria,” “The Sound of Music,” “Always,” and “Can’t Help Loving Dat Man.”

During her program, Deutsch will offer interesting biographical details about Broadway composers like Gershwin, Rodgers, Kern, Berlin and Bernstein.

A graduate of Juilliard and Yale, Deutsch plays folk, popular and classical music. She has performed in more than 1,500 concerts throughout the world in venues like Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Center, the United Nations and Wigmore Hall in London.  Listed in Who’s Who in the World and in America, Deutsch has appeared on television and radio and was the first American pianist to perform all American music in the People’s Republic of China in 1982.
