Couple Arrested For Heroin Possession In West Deptford: Police

WEST DEPTFORD, NJ — Two people were arrested for heroin possession during a traffic stop on Route 295 in West Deptford last month, police said.

Kaila R. Mcgowan of Shiloh, NJ and Brandi E. Turnbough of Pennsville, NJ were arrested on Jan. 15, according to arrest reports released by West Deptford police. Mcgowan was charged with Possession of Heroin and Failure to Surrender CDS to Law enforcement, and released on summons pending court.

Turnbough was charged with Possession of Heroin, Failure to Surrender CDS to Law Enforcement, Possession of Hypodermic Needles, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Hindering Apprehension. Turnbough was subsequently lodged in Salem County Jail pending court.

On 01/03/2020, Matteo B. Giambanco of Woodbury Heights, NJ was arrested on Mantua Pike during the course of a motor-vehicle stop for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released on summons pending court.

On 01/04/2020, Luis Ramos-Castro of Camden, NJ was arrested on Jessup Rd during the course of a motor-vehicle stop for being a Fugitive of Justice. He was lodged in Salem County Jail to await extradition.

On 01/04/2020, Shadee T. Clark of West Deptford, NJ was arrested during the course of a suspicious vehicle investigation at the Red Bank Inn for active warrants and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Clark was released on summons pending court.

On 01/05/2020, Kaitlyn M. Allison (Gloucester City, NJ) and Sean D. Thomas (West Deptford, NJ) were arrested during a suspicious vehicle investigation on Woodbury Terrace for Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. Both were released on summons pending court.

On 01/18/2020, Patrol officers were dispatched to Woodbury Terrace for the report of a disturbance. Investigation lead to the arrest of Tiara D. Archie (West Deptford, NJ) and Rachel A. Weiser (West Deptford, NJ) for disorderly conduct. Weiser was released on summons. Archie was issued a summons and lodged in Salem County Jail on active warrants.

On 01/23/2020 several storage units were burglarized at the Heather Ridge Apartment complex.

On 01/24/2020, a resident of Morris Ave reported a debit card stolen from the inside of their parked vehicle.

On 01/24/2020, a resident of Windsor Drive reported being the victim of a fraud where $200 was sent to an unknown scammer via telephone.

On 01/24/2020, a resident of Atkins Ave reported their home was burglarized but that nothing appeared to be stolen from the interior.

On 01/25/2020, a resident of N. Middlesex Court reported two of their unlocked vehicles were entered overnight and that change was stolen from same.

On 01/26/2020, Patrol Officers located a smashed-out front window at a business on Red Bank Ave. Investigation revealed that the business had been burglarized and that money was stolen from a cash register inside.

On 01/27/2020, a resident of Forest Creek reported their vehicle was entered overnight and that nothing was stolen from inside.

On 01/28/2020, a business on N. Broad Street reported their front window smashed-out and a cash register stolen from inside.

On 01/29/2020, an employee of a business on Mantua Grove Road reported their jacket and keys stolen while they were at work.

On 01/31/2020, a resident of Mansion Ave reported their bicycle stolen from the front of the residence.
