Gloucester County Woman Skipped Hearing on Weapons Possession Charges: Prosecutor
Holly Offenberger was allegedly in possession of a pink stun gun on Nov. 21.

Holly Offenberger, 33, of Franklinville, aka, Kelly Offenberger, is wanted by the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office for failure to appear in Superior Court, Woodbury on Feb. 3 for a pre-arraignment interview on a charge of possession of a stun gun.
She is 5’8,” 140 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair. She has a tattoo on her left ankle. Her image is attached to this post.
A car she was riding in was stopped by a Deptford Township police officer on Deptford Center Road on Nov. 21 after the driver allegedly made a lane change without signaling.

Offenberger was arrested on an active warrant from Elk Township. Police also allegedly found a pink stun gun In her purse, and she was charged possession of a prohibited weapon.
She was indicted on a charge of fourth-degree possession of a stun gun on Jan. 20.
