Baked Bear Ice Cream Sandwich Shop To Open 1st Northern NJ Location In Westfield
The shop offers customers the chance to build their own custom ice cream cookie or brownie sandwich.

WESTFIELD, NJ — The Baked Bear, a San Diego, California-based ice cream sandwich shop, is opening its first northern New Jersey and Union County location in Westfield, Mayor Shelley Brindle announced on Wednesday.
The ice cream shop is known for its monstrous ice cream sandwiches and original, more than a dozen baked-from-scratch cookies and ice cream flavors. Guests get a chance to mix and match cookies or brownies for their top and bottom while choosing their favorite ice cream in the middle.
The Westfield shop will be located at 18 Elm St., which was previously home to Cinnaholic. This would be The Baked Bear's first Union County location and fifth in New Jersey.
