Calling All Bakers: Gingerbread House Contest Back In Westfield
The town-wide phenomenon is back for the second year in a row. Time to get decorating.
WESTFIELD, NJ - For the second time in as many years, Westfield is presenting the second town-wide Gingerbread House Decorating Contest.
Completed projects, presented on a cake board or a wooden board must be dropped off to Savory Spice, 138 E Broad Street, during normal business hours between Nov. 25 and Dec. 7. Those interested must include an index card attached to the project with:
- Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Address
- Category
The house, iconic Westfield building, village, or other structure should not be larger than 2'x 2.'

Judging will be done via online voting booth by the community, and winners will be announced on New Year's Day in the following categories:
- Grand Prize
- Kids Only Effort (14 yo and younger)
- Family Effort
- Iconic Westfield Building
