NEW CRS TRAINING: CYCLE. RUN. SWIM. AT THE WESTFIELD AREA Y

The Westfield Area Y is pleased to announce that CRS Training: Cycle.Run.Swim. has been added for the Spring 2 session. This class begins Sunday, April 26th and runs through June 20th at the Main Y facility, 220 Clark Street in Westfield.
CRS Training: Cycle. Run. Swim. is the “trifecta” of cardiovascular strength and endurance incorporating cycling, aqua running and swimming. Classes will be offered three days a week. Participants can sign up for one, two or three sessions per week. Two sessions will focus on swim and cycle and one session will focus on swim and aqua run. Class participants will quickly transition between activities. CRS is perfect for beginner triathletes and people looking to cross-train. Workouts will be geared to help increase endurance, speed and efficiency. Participants must be able to swim at least 50 yards.
The class will be taught by two Westfield Area Y staff members: MaryKaye Snodgrass and Angela Machuca. Both instructors are seasoned triathletes and certified instructors at the Westfield Y.
