Two Cupcake Sisters Open 'Pop-Up' Store In Westfield

Gigi & Nicole Gallodoro have been creating delicious cupcakes since 2004. Over the past decade, they have developed a cult-like following of dedicated customers.
The last couple of years have been full of new business ventures for the cupcake queens. These two fun-loving sisters rewarded their loyal cupcake fans by opening a brick and mortar location in Maplewood, NJ.

Last year, Gigi’s Cupcakes introduced GigiPops – layered, portable, shippable and delectable versions of their popular cupcake flavors in a push-pop form.
This month, Westfield is the newest recipient of some cupcake love with a new pop-up location at 57 Elm St. in Westfield. This new business concept of a temporary kiosk-like store is allowing these cupcake entrepreneurs to test the market.

So far so good – after only a month in this charming downtown space, Gigi’s cupcakes is already committed to local business partnerships, holiday orders, charity events and local special occasions.
