Union County Man Shot Dead In His Driveway: Prosecutor

The Union County Crime Stoppers are offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.

PLAINFIELD, NJ — A Union County man was shot dead in his driveway early in the morning on Thursday, acting Union County Prosecutor Grace H. Park announced Friday.

Ronnell Harrison, 36, of Plainfield was found in his driveway in the 700 block of West 4th Street in the Plainfield's West End, shortly before 5:45 a.m. on Dec. 8, police reported.

Harrison was pronounced dead at the scene a short while later.

This incident is now under joint investigation by the Union County Homicide Task Force, Plainfield Police Division, Union County Sheriff’s Office Crime Scene Unit, and Union County Police Department Ballistics Unit.
