NorthJersey.com: Jury Still Deliberating in Trial of Man Accused of Killing Westwood Woman

Members of the jury have entered into the fifth day of deliberations

The jury in a trial where a Paterson man is accused of killing a pregnant Westwood woman failed to reach a verdict after four days of deliberations and resumed talks Thursday, according to a NorthJersey.com report.

Julio Graciano, 23, faces murder and attempted murder charges for a 2007 incident when he allegedly shot into a crowd of people standing outside an apartment complex in Paterson. Elisha Wordelman of Westwood, who was 23 and pregnant at the time, died.

The jury deliberated Feb. 14, 17, 18 and 23 without reaching a verdict. Jury members are scheduled to continue their work Thursday on the case.

Graciano could receive life in prison if he's convicted.

The trial is being held at the Passaic County Courthouse in Paterson.
