The jury has failed to reach a verdict after three days of deliberating

The jury in a trial where a Paterson man is accused of killing a Westwood woman failed to reach a verdict after three days of deliberations and will resume talks Wednesday, according to a NorthJersey.com report.
Julio Graciano, 23, faces murder and attempted murder charges for a 2007 incident when he allegedly shot into a crowd of people standing outside an apartment complex in Paterson. Elisha Wordelman of Westwood, who was 23 and pregnant at the time, died.
The jury deliberated last Monday, Thursday and Friday without reaching a verdict. Jury members are scheduled to continue their work Wednesday on the case.

Graciano could receive life in prison if he's convicted.
The trial is being held at the Passaic County Courthouse in Paterson.
