NorthJersey.com: Paterson Man Sentenced to 65 Years in Prison for Incident That Killed Westwood Woman

The Paterson man who was convicted of murder last month in the shooting death of a pregnant Westwood woman in 2007 was sentenced to 65 years in prison Friday, according to a NorthJersey.com report.

Julio Graciano, 23, said he is innocent and therefore could not apologize. He was for causing the death of Elisha Worderlman of Westwood who was 23 and pregnant at the time. He was also found guilty of three counts of attempted murder for shooting into a crowd of people standing in front of an apartment complex in Paterson.

Superior Court Judge Salem Ahto sentenced Graciano to 55 years in prison for the murder conviction and 10 years in prison for one count of attempted aggravated assault. Graciano must serve 85 percent of his sentence.
