Police: Three Men Involved in Fight Face Aggravated Assault Charges
Fourth Avenue fight featured folding chairs, police said.

Three men were arrested after a fight occurred outside a home on Fourth Avenue in Westwood.
A officer responded to numerous 911 calls reporting a large disturbance in front of a residence on Fourth Avenue on Feb. 20 at 4:01 a.m. The officer verified a large fight was in progress and when a second officer arrived on the scene, he saw the first trying to break up the fight, according to reports.
Police said the men involved in the altercation were hitting each other with folding chairs. Police from Emerson, River Vale and Hillsdale arrived to help and the was dispatched because of reported injuries, according to reports. Police were able to get the three men who were fighting secured.

After investigating, police determined there had been a party with drinking at the residence. They said some furniture inside the house was broken and windows were also broken.
Three men were arrested. Agustin Rojas-Dominguez, 22, of Emerson was transported to Hackensack University Medical Center for head trauma that happened during the altercation, police said. After he was medically cleared at the hospital, he was brought back to headquarters to be processed, police said. He was charged with aggravated assault, criminal mischief and assault on an officer, according to police

Luis Rojas-Dominguez, 24, of Westwood was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and criminal mischief, police said.
Pascual Barrera-Pastran, 40, of Hackensack was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, police said.
The three were processed at headquarters, according to police. Police contacted the municipal judge who set bail for all three at $5,000 cash with no 10 percent option. Members of the Bergen County Sheriff's Office came to headquarters and brought the three to the county jail, police said.
