Sky Trading, CVS Applications on Zoning Board Agenda
The Washington Township Zoning Board is scheduled to meet at 8 p.m. Tuesday

Members of the Washington Township Zoning Board are expected to continue hearing testimony Tuesday for the Sky Trading application that would convert into a convenience store with a gas island with four pumps and a canopy. An application for a CVS is also on the agenda.
According to the meeting agenda, expert testimony for the Sky Trading application will continue Tuesday night. At the last meeting, May 17, board members about the application.
Under New Business on the agenda is an application from First Hartford Realty Corp which aims to construct a CVS and a separate retail building at 660-688 Pascack Road in the township, which is right near the intersection of Pascack Road and Washington Avenue. The Zoning Board meeting agenda says the building could contain "a beauty parlor and a Dunkin' Donuts or similar use." The company is asking for use variances and a major soil movement permit in addition to site plan and sign approval.

Because of a large expected turnout, the Zoning Board meeting will be held in the senior center of the , 350 Hudson Ave., Tuesday at 8 p.m.
