Vote in the Primary at These Locations
Residents can cast their ballots Tuesday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The primary election is scheduled for Tuesday and residents of Westwood and Washington Township can head to the polls between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. to cast their ballots.
In Westwood, Mayor John Birkner Jr. is running on the Democratic ticket to retain his seat. On the Republican side, Council President Robert Miller is on the ballot. Councilman John J. Sciara and Councilwoman Cynthia Waneck are running as Republicans to retain their seats. For the Democrats, David Fischer and Philip Cerruti are on the ballot to challenge them in November.
In Washington Township, Councilmen Steven Cascio, Glenn Beckmeyer and Richard Hrbek are on the Republican ticket to retain their seats. No Democrats filed for the June primary.

County Clerk Elizabeth Randall is on the Republican ticket while John S. Hogan is running as a Democrat. For the Board of Chosen Freeholders, Republicans Joel Brizzi and Anthony W. Rottino are on the ballot, as well as Democrats David Ganz and Joan Voss.
There are no Democrats on the ballot for state Senate or General Assembly. Sen. Gerald Cardinale, Assemblywoman Charlotte Vandervalk and Assemblyman Robert Schroeder are all running to retain their seats as Republicans. Click to learn more about them.
