Inserra Supermarkets thanked long-time employees at the Sheraton Mahwah Hotel.

Inserra Supermarkets, the company which owns 22 ShopRite stores around the area, thanked more than 400 of its long-time employees at a ceremony in the Sheraton Mahwah Hotel recently. Several Westwood residents were among those honored.
The company thanked Peter Metz (30 years), Donald Collina (25 years), Eleazar Cruz, Manuel Gonzalez-Ramos, Jorge Gil, Charlene Mautz (10 years), Krystle Hill and Janet Hurd (five years).
“Even though the supermarket business is much different than it was when we opened our first store in Lyndhurst almost six decades ago, our associates continue to make the communities in which our stores are located a better place to shop, work and live,” President and CEO Lawrence Inserra, Jr., said in a press release.
