Free Woodbridge Rabies Shots May 16, 18

Rabies has been found in Woodbridge raccoons, feral cats and foxes.

Woodbridge, NJ - Calling all Woodbridge dogs & cats!

The Health Department will hold a FREE rabies clinic this coming Monday and Wednesday, May 16 & 18 at the Health Center (adjacent to the Main Library and Woodbridge High School). Pet microchips will be available.

If you let your dog or cat outdoors, they should get a new rabies vaccine every few years. Even if your cat is indoors, he or she should be vaccinated in case they get out and get into a scuffle with a rabid animal. Rabies has been found in Woodbridge raccoons, feral cats and foxes. It only takes one bit or scratch from a rabid animal to infect your pet with this deadly virus.
